Scottish Single Malt Whisky (continued): .......................................... 2 cl / 4 cl
Glengoyne Single Cask 11 Highlands ............................................... 44,- / 88,-
This is specially bottled for the 2008 Oslo Whisky Festival. A creamy vanilla and floral nose
reveals a zesty citrus note when reduced with a few drops of water. The malt and the oak
blend beautifully on the palate giving a sweet, barley-sugar flavour which develops into a
slightly drying finish.
Glenlivet 15 French oak Speyside .................................................... 37,- / 74,-
Strawberries and cream. Cookie-like maltiness. Michael Jackson(RIP): Like a Slavic sour
cream pancake laced with maraschino cherry brandy. Yum!
Glenlivet, 16 year old Nadurra cask strength Speyside .................... 44,- / 88,-
Floral and sweet spice aromas. Smooth and silky with the sweetness of soft fruits and
honeyed
flowers. Oak finish with notes of ginger, hazelnuts and tropical fruits. Non-chill filtered.
Highland Park 12 yr. Orkney ........................................................... 37,- / 74,-
Exeptionally smooth. Succulent with smoky dryness, heathery honey sweetness. Teasing
and delicious. A beautifully balanced classic Islander.
